January Schedule, The Start of 2026

Throughout January, we’re continuing to run back to our usual opening hours, alongside some exciting programme launches, workshops and new opportunities for professionals!

Weekly Practitioner-Led Support Sessions

Our practitioner-led sessions run every week (Monday - Friday) , providing a safe and compassionate space for parental figures to talk and access support at a pace that feels right for them. These sessions are led by our fantastic team of practitioners

Each week, our sessions are at the following times:

  • Monday - 12pm-1pm
  • Tuesday - 11am-12pm and 7pm-8pm
  • Wednesday - 10am-11am
  • Thursday - 1:30pm - 2:30pm and 8pm-9pm
  • Friday - 10am-11am

Wellbeing Wednesday Workshops

Our Wellbeing Wednesday Workshop, led by our fantastic Wellbeing Practitioner. These sessions focus on supporting parental figures by reconnecting to wellbeing strategies, exploring wellbeing and emotional wellbeing.

Wellbeing at PEGS isn’t about “fixing” yourself, it's about feeling supported and empowered. Because you matter too.

EPIC Programmes Launching This Month

January also marks the start of two important EPIC programmes:

EPIC 6-Week Cohort:

Starting Thursday 8th January!

Our full EPIC programme supports parents and carers to better understand child to parent abuse, explore safety and to build confidence and resilience over a six week cohort.

EPIC (Half-Day):

Starting Monday 12th January!

This half day programme provides EPIC for those who may not be able to attend the full six week cohort, while still gaining the meaningful insight, tools and support in the same way as our six week cohort.

Professional Information Session

For professionals wanting to learn more about PEGS, our referral pathways, or opportunities to collaborate, we’re hosting a Professional Information Session on Monday 12th January.

This session is a chance to:

  • Learn more about child to parent abuse

  • Understand how PEGS supports families

  • Explore how we can work together to improve safety and outcomes

Bounce Back, Step Forward Programme

Later in the month, we’ll be launching Bounce Back, Step Forward, starting Monday 26th January. This programme focuses on rebuilding confidence, emotional strength and hope - supporting parents to take steps forward at their own pace.

Training for Professionals

Alongside our free support for parental figures, we’ll also be delivering training for professionals in Shropshire and Warwickshire throughout January. This training helps professionals recognise child to parent abuse which supports families with confidence and care.

We currently have some fully funded training available on our eventbrite

Looking Ahead...

We also have some exciting new announcements coming very soon, and we can’t wait to share more with you as the year unfolds.

January is about taking things one step at a time. Whether you join a session, take part in our programmes, attend training or simply read along quietly… You are part of the PEGS community and you are always welcome here.

From all of us at PEGS, we look forward to walking alongside you throughout 2026.
