Self Referral Form

To access our services:


  • Please complete the following form as accurately and fully as possible, so we can properly process your referral and ensure you receive support which aligns with your needs.
  • PEGS is a online based services, we do not offer any face to face support . This means we must have a safe email address from you to process your referral. Please keep an eye on your spam folders too
  • We are only able to offer one-to-one support in our funded areas, these can change regularly, however this means if you are not in one of our funded areas we are only able to offer you our standard level of support.
  • We do not work with or have any contact with your child ( including 18 years plus aged children )
  • Behaviours must be identified by our team as CPA rather than typical boundary-pushing behaviour experienced by most parents.
  • We must have consent to access information from professionals you're working with (to withdraw your consent at any point, please email admin@pegsupport.com, please note this will mean we are no longer able to offer support).
  • If you have not heard from us within 4 weeks of submitting your referral please contact us at admin@pegsupport.com


Your information:


  • Will be kept strictly within the PEGS team.
  • The only exception to this is when a safeguarding referral has to be made in line with statutory safeguarding procedure. Where possible, we will notify you prior to the referral being made.
  • In other circumstances (such as where an external partner is running a workshop or programme), we will get specific permission from you before sharing your details with them.

We also ask that you treat PEGS staff and volunteers with respect at all times, we are a small but very dedicated team who work incredibly hard to deliver the best services possible. Sadly, demand is always high so there may be a delay in us responding to you but we’ll always do our best to reply as quickly as we can.
