PEGS were thrilled to find out that Ellie, our service manager, has been shortlisted for the Rising Star of the Year award for the Forward Ladies Leadership Summit & Awards 2023!

Forward Ladies are a fantastic organisation, a team of women who close the gender gap within business. They celebrate the achievements and accomplishments of women at their yearly awards ceremony.

Being nominated for an award by Forward Ladies is very difficult, with them celebrating only the most successful and influential women in their field.

They recognise exceptional female talent, and for Ellie to have been shortlisted for such an esteemed award shows just how great her contribution to PEGS has been during the time she has been with us.

Due to unforeseen circumstances earlier in the year, Ellie had to manage our team whilst Michelle (our founding director) was away. We are really pleased that these efforts have not only been recognised and appreciated by the team here at PEGS, but also organisations such as Forward Ladies.

While we take great pride in the service we offer to parents and professionals, PEGS also internally celebrates and values its staff and it truly is excellent that our service manager has been nominated for an award like this. We are looking forward to the awards ceremony and wish Ellie, and all the other nominees the best of luck!
