PEGS Awarded Funding from the Severn Trent Community Fund!

We’re incredibly excited to share some news with you…

PEGS has been awarded funding from the Severn Trent Community Fund!

We’re incredibly grateful to the Severn Trent Community Fund for believing in our work and recognising the importance of supporting families experiencing Child to Parent Abuse (CPA).

For PEGS, funding like this means so much…

Our services are free to use for parental figures, because we believe that finance should never be a barrier to someone accessing support when they need it.

But while our support is free to the families who use our services, delivering that support comes with costs. Funding and the support of organisations and partners who believe in what we do are what help us continue to provide our services and reach the families who may need us.

Our team is constantly growing, but so is the demand for our services. More parental figures are reaching out, more families are finding the words to describe what they are experiencing, and more people are recognising Child to Parent Abuse as something that deserves to be understood and recognised.

This funding from the Severn Trent Community Fund will help us continue our work, reach more families and keep building awareness around Child to Parent Abuse.

We know that there are still so many families experiencing CPA who have never reached out for support. Some may not recognise what they are experiencing is abuse. Others may be worried about being judged or blamed. Some may simply have no idea that support exists.

That’s why the work we do matters.

We want to say a huge and heartfelt thank you to the Severn Trent Community Fund for supporting PEGS and helping us continue to create change for families.
